Our agency works with surrogate mothers that reside in Florida and other surrogate friendly states that assures our intended parent(s) that their parental rights to their child are protected. Creative Love offers a hands-on approach throughout your surrogacy journey. What sets our agency apart from others is that our surrogacy matching program provides medically and psychologically approved surrogate mothers to you allowing no delay to your surrogacy journey. We offer an open line of communication with you, your IVF clinic, surrogate mother and obstetrician throughout your surrogate journey to ensure that your journey with us is exceptional. Creative Love is selective in the surrogate mothers that join our agency. Our in-depth interviewing and screening process allow us to provide the best possible surrogate match for our intended parent(s). It is our goal to deliver the highest level of care to you. Creative Love works with professionals with over 20 years combined experience in the field of Surrogacy and Egg Donation – from our psychologist to our legal advisers. We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. We welcome you to our agency.
All of our Surrogate Mothers Must Meet the Following Requirements.
- Must Reside in a Surrogate Friendly State
- Be between the age of 21 – 38 years old
- Enjoyed your pregnancy
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- Have experienced full-term pregnancy and delivery
- Have given birth to a child of your own and raising that child
- No more than 2 previous c-sections
- No more then 4 pregnancies
- Provide medical records from OB/GYN for last 7 years of pregnancies
- Clearance letter from OB clearing you to become a surrogate
- Be height/weight proportionate
- Not on any form of government assistance
