Becoming a surrogate mother for a couple or individual struggling to have a family is life-changing! It's paying it forward in a way you could never imagine and at the same time benefiting your family. In our 10-year history, we have been a part of nearly 1,000+ babies because of women like yourself that make dreams of a family a possibility to many.
Gestational surrogacy is where a women carries a baby not biologically related to her. With gestational surrogacy, the egg comes from either the intended mother or an egg donor, and the sperm comes from either an intended father or a sperm donor. The embryo is created through in vitro fertilization (IVF) and then it is transferred into a surrogate mother. Many couples and individuals turn to a gestational surrogacy due to repeat miscarriages, failed IVF, medical illness, same-sex male couples, single parents.

HOW TO BECOME A SURROGATE AT Creative Love:
Initial Application: After completing your online surrogacy application on our website, our surrogate agency coordinator will contact you to review your details, explain the process and answer any questions you may have. We’ll ask you to complete and sign 2 forms that will allow us to run your background check and request your medical records.
Medical Records Review: We will request medical records from your Doctor, who supported you in your most recent pregnancy. Our Fertility Specialist and Medical Director, Dr. Jain, will review your medical and obstetric records to be sure you are medically able to be a surrogate and go through the surrogacy process.
Psychological Screening: You will speak with a licensed psychologist to ensure that you are mentally fit to become a surrogate
Medical Screenings: We will start by completing several pretest to make sure you're healthy. You will have blood drawn for infectious diseases and prenatal tests, urine for a drug test, a physical exam and an ultrasound of your uterus and ovaries. Your partner will also be required to undergo infectious diseases and drug testing.
Home Visit: An agency representative will come to your home to meet you and your family. It's important to know that you are living in a safe, nurturing and healthy environment. We want our intended parents to feel as comfortable as possible.
Matching Process: After all prescreening results have been approved by a fertility doctor, we can begin to work with you to match you with an ideal couple or individual
Legal Contract: Once a surrogacy match is agreed and confirmed, you will enter into a legal contract with the intended parents. In this process, you will be represented by an attorney.
