What to expect:
- Application & Screening: We review your background, health, and preferences to ensure safety and compatibility.
- Matching: Thoughtful pairing of surrogates and intended parents based on values, expectations, and communication style.

- Surrogacy is open to all parents, no conditions attached. Pre-birth orders are issued statewide, ensuring both parents are listed on the birth certificate.
- Proceed with caution: Surrogacy is practiced, and courts issue parentage orders, but contracts are void and unenforceable by law.
- Caution! Compensated surrogacy contracts are PROHIBITED, and both parents cannot be named on the birth certificate.
