Compensation and Legal
Creative Love works with egg donors that are compassionate about assisting intended parents in their family building effort. For that we believe that an Egg Donor should be compensated for her commitment to the whole egg donation process, risk involved, and her time. We believe that every cycle is unique in it’s own way. Creative Love Egg Donor Agency, LLC has signed an agreement with the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART.) We will abide by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Ethics Committee Guidelines governing the payment of egg donors. The guidelines states that compensation should be structured to acknowledge the time, inconvenience, and discomfort associated with screening, ovarian stimulation, and oocyte retrieval. Compensation should not vary according to the planned use of the of the oocytes, the number or quality of oocytes retrieved, the number or outcome of prior donation cycles, or the donor’s ethnic or other personal characteristics. Compensation should be within reason.
According to the American Society of Reproductive Medicine guidelines, each donor is permitted to donate a total of six times in a lifetime.
Often donors are matched with Intended Parents that do not reside in the donors home state. In these cases the donor will have some of her cycle monitored locally, but will have to travel to the Intended Parents IVF clinic for the actual egg retrieval. The donor will spend typically 3-5 days at the location of the intended parents IVF clinic. All travel expenses are paid for by the intended parents.
Egg Donor Compensation: As gratitude from your intended parent(s), our egg donors are given a financial compensation for fulfilling their donor responsibilities. First time donors begin at $8,000.00 + with increased compensation for subsequent cycles. The egg donation compensation rewards you for your time, effort, and dedication.

A legal contract will be written between you and the intended parent(s) by the intended parent(s) attorney who is the drafting attorney. The drafting attorney will have experience in reproductive law. You will have separate legal representation that is paid for by the intended parent(s) to review the contract with you. While the laws vary from state to state, overall it is it is extremely clear that the children born as a result of egg donation legally belong to the couple receiving the donated eggs.
