I’ve never been one to make a list of New Year’s Resolution. To be honest I always say, “this year I’m going to make the list and stick to it”. I think I never have made the list because why would I want to set myself up for failure. The first thing on everyone’s list every year is, “I’m going to eat healthy this year”.
