Carefully Screened Gestational Surrogates
Creative Love carefully screens each gestational surrogate before presenting her to intended parents. Our pre-screening process includes a detailed review of pregnancy and delivery records, comprehensive laboratory testing, a comprehensive psychological evaluation and mental health screening, national background checks, OB clearance, and maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) clearance.
By completing these important screening steps early, intended parents can begin the matching process with more information and greater confidence. Our goal is to identify qualified surrogate candidates from the start while helping reduce unnecessary delays as your surrogacy journey moves forward.
We recruit gestational surrogate candidates throughout Florida who meet our program's initial qualifications and screening standards.
Each potential gestational surrogate completes comprehensive medical screening and laboratory testing as part of our pre-screening process.
Our team conducts an in-home interview or virtual interview with each potential gestational surrogate and her family to better understand her home environment, support system, and readiness for a surrogacy journey.
We complete national background checks on each potential gestational surrogate and her spouse or partner as part of our screening process.
Each potential gestational surrogate must receive written clearance from her OB/GYN confirming she is an appropriate candidate to pursue a surrogacy journey.
Each potential gestational surrogate completes a comprehensive psychological evaluation and mental health screening with a qualified mental health professional, including psychological testing.
Intended parents complete a psychological consultation to help prepare for the emotional, relational, and practical aspects of a surrogacy journey.
The gestational surrogate and intended parent(s) participate in a group psychological consultation to discuss expectations, communication, boundaries, and important considerations before moving forward together.
Sudden Accidental Insurance Policy $750,000/$100,000
As part of the services provided through Creative Love, we coordinate life and sudden accidental insurance coverage for each gestational surrogate and intended parents.
Loss of Reproductive Organ Policy
As part of our surrogacy program, Creative Love provides additional coverage for the gestational surrogate in the event of the loss of a reproductive organ related to the surrogacy journey.
Full-time case manager with 24/7 access. Each surrogacy journey is supported by a dedicated case manager, with 24/7 access for important questions, concerns, and support throughout the journey.
Travel Cost for Gestational Surrogate New Patient Appointment and First Embryo. Creative Love coordinates and covers required travel expenses for the gestational surrogate throughout the surrogacy journey, including travel for medical screening, fertility clinic appointments, embryo transfer, and other required appointments.
Travel arrangement and assistance for Intended Parent(s).
Creative Love assists intended parents with travel planning and coordination when travel is needed during their surrogacy journey, including fertility clinic appointments, embryo transfer, delivery, and other important milestones.
Coordinating with fertility clinic and medical professionals.
Our team works closely with your fertility clinic and medical professionals to help coordinate surrogate screening, appointments, treatment timelines, embryo transfer, and communication throughout your journey.
Coordinating with insurance agent, escrow attorney, and other industry professionals.
Creative Love coordinates with insurance professionals, escrow or trust professionals, and other members of your surrogacy team to help keep each part of the journey organized and moving forward. We work with third party escrow agents.
Coordinating with Legal Counsel
We help coordinate with experienced reproductive attorneys to ensure the appropriate surrogacy agreements and legal steps are completed at the proper stages of your journey.
We coordinate all required travel for your gestational surrogate throughout the surrogacy journey.
We assist international intended parents with passport and visa coordination when needed.
If a gestational surrogate is medically disqualified at the new patient appointment or within the three transfers attempts, Creative Love provides rematching assistance in accordance with our program terms.

Who Can Become a Gestational Surrogate
What We Look for in a Gestational Surrogate
The health and safety of your journey begins with the women we accept into our program. Creative Love follows established medical and professional guidelines when evaluating potential gestational surrogates. Before a surrogate is presented for matching, we carefully review her pregnancy history, medical records, lifestyle, overall health, and ability to meet our program requirements.
- Must Reside in Florida
- Be between the age of 21 – 40 years old
- Enjoyed your pregnancy
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- Have experienced full-term pregnancy and delivery
- Have given birth to a child of your own and raising that child
- No more than 2 previous c-sections (3rd with clearance from your OB/GYN)
- No more than 4 pregnancies
- Provide medical records from OB/GYN for last 7 years of pregnancies
- Clearance letter from OB clearing you to become a surrogate
- Be height/weight proportionate
- Not on any form of government assistance
